15yrs male presented with closed displaced fracture distal end of radius and ulna with ipsilateral displaced fracture radial head with impending compartment syndrome of forearm .
Fasciotomy of forearm with orif with k wiring distal end of radius and radial head. Planning to do secondary closure after 5days.if i am not wrong its rare presentation

Rahul Mhatre Looks nice. Just one suggestion. Radial head could have been stabilized with a tens or hockey nail. The curved j shape of nail end is used for locking radial head in reduction so that external kwire is not required thereby reducing pintract and allowing early elbow flexion

Cheppalli Nspreddy For all folks here. Doing radial head replacement in kid with intact growth plate is - CRIME. Sorry for harsh words. I think some times it is better way to spread the message across. Radial head is malreduced and when u go for second time for closure u can redo. Again Rahul u always comes with challenging cases and u set standards extremely high. Keep Gud work.
